My family had a very bad experience at the N St Mary's location and our waitress was very rude to us the whole time. I ordered the grilled cheese (this website would not allow me to select this as the item I tried so I just put the Bombay salad instead) and asked to take off 3 of the 4 pieces of cheese, not add any mayo, and add avocado. I also told our waitress I was a vegetarian. Our food took an hour to come out. They brought out one plate after about 45 minutes then left and didn't come back with the rest for a while. Most it was cold. My sandwich clearly had had mayo and other kinds of cheese on it and had just been wiped off because there were still remnants all over the sandwich. They did not bring the avocado, so I had to ask for it. It came out later covered in bacon. We told them again I was vegetarian and they took it back, and a few minutes later brought the same avocado back with less bacon on it, but still some. I also ordered a drink and after waiting 15 minutes for it, I went inside to check and saw our waitress sitting in her phone at the bar. They did not bring a check out to us we had to go inside ourselves to pay.

My daughter and I had cheeseburgers and fries. She drank a limeade and I had the pleasure of trying 3 different margaritas. The service was outstanding and I we had the most personable server named Gerardo. He was running around all over the place, even the Splashpad area and the best part was that he did it with a Smile 🥹
